Företaget startades i Norge 1999 och etablerades i Sverige 2003 och i Danmark 2005. IPnett är 100 anställda i Norden med omsättning på ca 250 MNOK. Försäljning sker mot operatörer, Service providers, sjukvård, elbolag, Industri, Bank/Finans och universitet. Denna position är placerad i Solna.

IPnett is the leading supplier of communication and security solutions in the Nordic area. They design, develop and supply infrastructure, telephony, security solutions for companies and organizations in both public and private sector IPnett was founded 1999 in Norway, 2003 in Sweden and 2005 in Denmark.

IPnett has 100 employees with revenue of approximately 250 MNOK.

Customers are mainly found within Telecom operators, Service providers, Healthcare, Power, Industry, Bank/Finance and universities. IPnett is situated in Copenhagen, Denmark.

IPnett is expanding and is looking for a Sales Manager with the responsibility for sales of products, solutions and consulting in Denmark.

About the Role

As Sales Manager Denmark you are responsible for:

•         Profit & Loss and Budget responsibility.  

 

• Assist Managing Director in creating long term strategic plans and goals
• Product, solution and service sales
• Execute on strategic plans and goals to increase market share
• Sales process development and implementation, including forecasting and reporting
• Continuous follow up and analysis of cost, pricing and results

•         Personnel responsibility

 

• Recruit, develop, retain and dismiss personnel
• Secure adequate skills

•         Management team responsibilities

  • Contribute as an active member of the Danish / Swedish Management team to develop the company in your and others' areas of responsibilities

•         Market Intelligence

  • Analyze market trends and adapt/create plans and actions to meet changes

Our Candidate

This is the perfect role for you who are an enthusiastic entrepreneur with ability and ambition to build a business. You are a communicative leader who gets inspired by closing deals.

Preferably you have an academic degree and a few years experience from a position as a formal leader. You have more than five years business and sales experience from Networking and communication or security solutions. Experience from productification of services is a merit.

We offer an exiting role in an expanding business with competent and ambitious colleagues who wants to challenge the competition. You have the possibility to build the Danish business and work with the market leading suppliers.
